"AmaN's" story

witness to God's power over death

Page summary

Even through decades of Islamic revival in Central Asia, God continues to transform lives through Jesus Christ – because He loves them! We need to remember as we pray that these are real people, not religious stereotypes. “Aman” was one such person.

“Aman” was one of seven children in his Muslim family. But then his older sister moved to Belarus, and she began to follow Jesus. She openly shared her faith with her family, but nothing happened – that is until “Aman’s” mother grew very sick.

When they heard, “Aman’s” sister, her husband, and their entire church came all the way to visit! What else could “Aman’s” family do but listen to them talk about Jesus?

How would “Aman” and his family respond to the Gospel? What would other people think of these Christian ideas?
